How the desk works

A senior engineer leads every project and signs off every release. AI agent roles draft, test, monitor and report around that person, so work moves quickly without anything shipping unseen.
Agents do not act alone on anything that matters. Spending money, publishing a release and sending a message to a customer all wait for a person to approve. That rule is written down, not left to judgement.
You see the same structure from the outside: a written scope before work starts, a weekly written note while it runs, and delivery to your own repository and accounts.

Patched before public
No release ships with a known remote-code-execution or auth-bypass issue in its dependencies, and the lock file is checked so a rebuild cannot quietly undo a patch.
One service, one user
Each service runs under its own user with memory limits and a read-only system, so one compromised app cannot take down a whole server.
Empty output is an error
When a parser turns real input into nothing, the flow stops. Silently skipping filters is how paid jobs run wrong for months.
No test data in production
No fake purchases, sign-ups or conversions are ever sent to production databases or analytics to "check if it works". We verify the payload and cut the request.
No personal data in analytics
Page paths are reduced to patterns and sensitive page titles are fixed before anything reaches Google Analytics or session recording.
If we cannot measure it, we do not call it a success
Every launch says which numbers will be watched and where. Without them, we say we do not know.
