Using this website
You may read and share this site. Do not try to break, overload or scrape it in ways that harm the service, and do not submit content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share. Information on the site describes our services in general; the specific terms of any project are set out in a written scope you approve.
Services
- Written scope first. Every engagement starts with a written scope listing deliverables, dates, exclusions and price. If the scope and these terms differ, the scope applies.
- Payment. Prices are in US dollars. A Pilot Sprint is paid upfront. Studio and Studio Pro are billed monthly in advance.
- Pausing and stopping. Monthly plans have no minimum term. You can pause or stop before the next billing date; the current paid month continues to its end.
- Third-party costs. Hosting, domains, app store developer accounts, ad spend, AI model usage and payment processing fees are paid by you to the provider unless the scope says otherwise.
- Your materials. You confirm you have the rights to the content, data and access you give us, and you stay responsible for your accounts and their compliance with platform rules.
Ownership
Once the related invoice is paid, the code, designs and content we create specifically for you belong to you and are delivered to your repository or accounts. We keep the right to reuse general know-how, and open-source components remain under their own licences.
No guaranteed outcomes
We commit to the deliverables in the scope, done with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee search rankings, ad results, leads, sales, app store approval or third-party platform decisions, which are outside our control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for it in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Confidentiality
We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only for your project. We do not name you as a client or publish your numbers without your written permission.
Governing law
The written scope for each engagement states the governing law and the place for resolving disputes. For use of this website without an engagement, the law that applies by default where you are located governs.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a scope you have already approved.
